PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy has been adopted by the CPB. It sets out how the CPB will use the personal information provided by you.

The CPB will only use your personal information for the purposes for which you give that information or for which the CPB receives your consent. Unless you give your consent, the CPB will only use your personal information in connection with the City Prayer Breakfast or, very occasionally, other Christian events that the CPB Steering Committee believes may be of specific interest in the City of London and are of a broadly based, non-fundraising nature.

In particular, the CPB will not in any circumstances sell, rent or otherwise make available your personal information to third parties without first obtaining your consent.

In connection with these permitted purposes, the CPB will need to process and store your personal information and may need to disclose it to credit card companies, data processors and service providers for processing and other similar purposes.

If you do not agree with this privacy policy then you should not submit your personal information on the CPB website.

The CPB follows appropriate security procedures in the storage and use of personal information so as to prevent unauthorised access by third parties. It will also require any parties to whom it transfers personal information as permitted by this privacy policy to comply with the same. However, the internet is not a totally secure medium and you agree that the CPB is not responsible for any unauthorised use, distribution, damage or destruction of personal data, except to the extent that the CPB is required to accept such responsibility by the Data Protection Act 1998.

If you have any queries about the CPB's privacy policy or any queries about the protection of personal data the CPB holds about you, please contact the CPB using the contact details on the "contact us" page of the website.

You may receive a copy of the information that the CPB holds about you by writing to the CPB to request it (please see the "contact us" page of the website).
